Submit Your Presentation

This is just one way for you to create your pre-recorded presentation. There are many different ways you may choose to create your video. However, the final file must be an MP4. To send us your video, you can upload it to your Google Drive or Dropbox, or send us the link from your Zoom account to May or events@molecularhydrogeninstitute.org. The method shown is for a free Zoom account that allows recordings up to 40 minutes! Also, May can help you with some basic video editing (e.g., if you went longer than 40 minutes, you made a mistake you want cut out, etc). If you have any questions or need any help creating the recording, please reach out to us!

Presentation Guidelines

Reminder: Please do not promote or advertise products in your presentations. We want these presentations to be focused on the research of molecular hydrogen. At this time, we have chosen to not have sponsors of corporate/commercial companies as we don’t want to imply any endorsement from MHI, the summit, or its valued speakers. Thank you and we look forward to seeing your recording!

We are excited to have you share your expertise and insights with our worldwide audience.
To ensure a seamless and impactful event, please review and adhere to the following presentation guidelines.

Presentation Deadlines

  • Your first presentation needs to be submitted to may@molecularhydrogeninstitute.org by the end of July via a shareable link.
  • All other presentations can be submitted as you complete them, but need to be submitted no later than August 15, 2024.

Timely submission is crucial for us to review, market, and organize the content for the summit.

Focus on Research

Please ensure that your presentation stays focused on research findings and educational content. We aim to provide valuable and unbiased information, so avoid promoting any specific brands or products.

Multiple Submissions Encouraged

We welcome and encourage you to submit multiple presentations. This allows for a broader dissemination of your knowledge and caters to various audience segments.

Technical Requirements

Please submit your video presentations in MP4 format and your poster presentations in PDF format. Each presentation should ideally be between 10 to 45 minutes. Ensure your slides or video are of high resolution for clear viewing.

Academic Symposium

For more complicated subjects, please dive deep into the specifics and technical aspects. Use detailed data, methodologies, and analysis to engage with fellow academics and researchers.

General Public Conference

For presentations intended for the general audience, simplify the language and concepts. Aim to make your information accessible and easy to understand without compromising the quality of the content.

Dual-Purpose Content

If feasible, consider creating versions of your presentation that cater to both the academic and general public audiences. Simple language changes and adjustments can make your content versatile and reach a wider audience.
Technical Requirements

We encourage you to consider creating a simplified version of your presentation for the general public. Doing so can greatly enhance public awareness of molecular hydrogen’s potential. Educating the public can lead to long-term benefits, such as potentially increased funding for research and attracting young talent to the field.

If you have any questions or need assistance at any stage, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to support you and ensure your presentation is a success. Again, May can help you with some basic video editing (e.g., if you went longer than 40 minutes, you made a mistake you want cut out, etc). Thank you for your contribution to our Virtual Summit. We look forward to your insightful and engaging presentations.
